Shipping and Delivery
Deliveries may be shipped from multiple locations. When your order ships, you'll know about it as soon as it happens by email. We strive to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, within 2 - 5 business days in most cases, including processing. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed. All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

We offer Standard Ground, Three Day Select, Second Day Air and Next Day shipping. All shipping is usually done via UPS. Orders received before noon on a business day will likely be shipped the same day. Orders received after noon on a business day, will likely be shipped the next business day. If after two weeks, you have not received your order, please contact our Customer Service Team at

Alquemiste, LLC reserves the right to use any shipping method we deem necessary although we will try to adhere to your chosen method. For more information about the UPS’s shipping procedures, please visit A shipping and handling fee is applied to all orders. The shipping and handling cost is a non-negotiable flat rate fee that covers the cost of postage as well as handling and packaging costs. Please be advised that if you choose an expedited shipping method at an additional cost, your order still has to process through fulfillment. The expedited service starts at the time your package is shipped.

Please be aware that if we deliver using the United States Postal Service, USPS will not require a signature for delivery. Unless you are told otherwise by a Alquemiste, LLC representative, your order will be left in your mailbox or at the doorstep of the shipping address. A delivery via Federal Express requires your phone number, so please submit it during check out. If a delivery is refused by the customer without prior authorization from Alquemiste, LLC, a fee may be incurred for the return shipment and/or a restocking fee may be applied to any subsequent request for a refund.

We are currently unable to accept orders billed to or shipped to destinations outside of the continental United States.

Backorder Policy
If an item is on backorder, it may not be noted as such on our public websites. If a backordered item is ordered, we will do our best to contact the customer but cannot make any guarantee. If you are concerned your order may be on backorder, please contact us at and we will give you its current status.
